3. Fortunately, we do offer exchanges! We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your item and shopping experience with us. The item chosen to exchange has to match the price or be close to the amount of the item originally bought. Get in touch and we will sort it <3
4. In the event that an item is deemed to have been damaged during shipping or lost during shipping, we will offer a refund, please contact us within 48 hours.
